StableCrete™
is a USDA approved concrete repair and preserving product manufactured
for and distributed exclusively by Conselcor™.
This product is
also EPA Approved and is used extensively in fresh and sea water
environments protecting concrete bulkheads and seawalls from degradation by
chloride induced corrosion on re-enforcing steel components.
StableCrete
permanently waterproofs and preserves concrete, brick, stucco and all
masonry surfaces with one easy application,
and is usually applied
by a concrete sub-contractor or painter on site. Used by a variety of corporations
and government agencies, it protects and extends the life
any concrete product
which contains eleven or more percent of Portland Cement in the mix.
StableCrete
has been used for industrial, commercial and residential projects,
inside or out, and on new and old masonry. The product is remarkably
superior to other sealers because it seals and protects from within.
StableCrete does not migrate out of the concrete matrix with time,
contains no silicates, and does not require a re-application.
It is
non-toxic, non-flammable and non-caustic.  It
has been authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat
and poultry farms and comes with at 15 year warranty.
StableCrete
employs advanced Polymerized Polyester Polymer chemistry which
reacts with alkali found in all Portland cement products to
chemically form a solid inside a concrete gel pore/capillary system.
There is no barrier or film formed on a surface and there
are no adhesion or
compatibility issues with coatings or mastics later applied in the
construction process. Procedures such as curing compound removal,
sand blasting, priming or acid etching are not required after a
StableCrete application. This results in a saving of both time and
money on a project.
